General How can I sign up with OneSuite.com? To subscribe, please click on the ' Sign up ' button from our Home page. Then fill out our short sign-up form. We currently only accept online subscriptions. Account Management What will my account summary be like? Your account summary provides up-to-the-minute information on your account number, balance, expiration date and PIN(s). Long-Distance Services How many PinDial and ZipDial numbers can I have? For each account you can have a total of up to four (4) numbers. OneSuite Fax Can I keep my fax number if I upgrade to OneSuite Fax Plus? Yes. You will keep the same fax number when you upgrade to OneSuite Fax Plus feature. SuiteAdvantage Do I get charged for calling another SuiteAdvantage number? PC-to-PC calls between two SuiteAdvantage subscribers, as we call ‘IN-Net Calls,’ are free. SoftPhone Troubleshooting What is SoftPhone? The SoftPhone is a software that offers the freedom and convenience of making and receiving calls from your desktop computer or PC. OneSuite Business How do I create sub-accounts ? Once you’ve created a OneSuite Business account, you may start creating sub-accounts by filling out user name, password, and profile information.
