Voicemail — Get your messages by phone, web or email
Now you have alternative ways to check your voicemails. If you have access to the Internet, get your voicemails through your OneSuite Web Account and even play them back through your computer. Or, an email alert will be sent each time a new voicemail is received with the actual message attached. You'll be able to forward the voicemail as an email attachment to your loved ones and share the messages, or even save them to your computer. Most popular media player formats are supported. Alternatively, check your voicemails by pressing *0 on the SoftPhone keypad.

When you don’t have Internet access, retrieve your voicemails the traditional way, by dialing your SuiteAdvantage number from any phone. Record personal greetings, organize voicemails into different folders, or forward the voicemails at the touch of a button.

Call Logs — Keep track of your call history
Forgot the exact date of that important phone call? Well, leave that job to SuiteAdvantage. Search for the history of incoming, outgoing and missed calls through your Web Account. All your telephonic activities are listed free of charge.

Caller ID with name — Know who's calling before you pick up
Well, it’s good that people call you. But it’s not so great to have telemarketers or anonymous calls harassing you. With Caller-ID, you can tell who's calling you before you answer the phone. Once you have your SoftPhone's phone book set-up, you may have Caller-ID with Name. Caller-ID with Name will show you the name and phone number of the incoming caller whenever it is available. Now you can screen through the calls before you decide to pick them up.

It also works with Call Waiting, displaying the new caller's identity when you hear the Call Waiting tones.

Call Waiting — Never miss a call when you are on the phone
Call Waiting allows you to accept an incoming call while you're already on a phone call. This feature places your first call on hold while you answer the second incoming call.

This feature allows you to enable or disable international calls, so you don't have to worry about people or you making unintended calls.

Virtual Phone Number — Choose your own area code
Choose a number with the area code that fits your need at only $1.95 a month. For example, if you live in California but your mother lives in Florida, you can select a number with the area code closest to her number then she will be able to call you with a lower local call cost. Another example, if you have a business in New York but would like to have presence in Texas, you can, then, choose a phone number with an area code in Texas, which might better present your business. Instead of assigning you a number, we leave you the power to select your OWN area code.
