How does OneSuite.com work?
OneSuite.com is a cost-effective alternative to other long-distance providers. OneSuite.com utilizes the broadband and fiber-optic OneSuite global telecom network to provide you excellent quality on all your long-distance calls virtually anywhere in the world. In addition, OneSuite.com offers Web-based telecommunications solutions through OneSuite Fax. You tap into the power of the Web to save time and money while managing your communications needs.
How do I use OneSuite.com?
Once you open an account with us, simply dial the toll-free number provided when you signed up to access our network. If you signed up for ZipDial and you are dialing from a ZipDial number, you can dial the number you wish to reach immediately, without entering your PIN (personal identification number). If you are dialing from a non-ZipDial number, you must enter your PIN before you dial your destination number. It's that easy! If you should ever want access to your account information, you can access your call detail records on our Web site by entering your user name and password.
How can I sign up with OneSuite.com?
To subscribe, please click on the 'Sign up' button from our Home page. Then fill out our short sign-up form. We currently only accept online subscriptions.
What kind of call quality can I expect with OneSuite.com?
The fiber-optic and broadband-based OneSuite global telecom network provides you the very highest quality of voice and data transmission for both local and long-distance calls.
When do you charge my credit card?

When you sign up for OneSuite.com Long Distance, you will purchase a certain amount of service credit in a dollar amount of your choice with the credit card you entered. You can then add credit to your account at any time through our Web site. Your card will be charged at the time you sign up for service and each time you recharge your account.

If you are using PayPal and choose credit card as your payment method, then your credit card will be charged when PayPal charges you. Only when we receive your payment from PayPal will your account be updated with the amount. Note: When signing up using PayPal, your account access will not be allowed until OneSuite receives payment confirmation from PayPal.

What if I don't have a credit card?

You may use ATM card with VISA or MC logo or use PayPal.

Please note that if you use non-credit card payments in PayPal, it may take up to 2 weeks for PayPal to confirm the payment with OneSuite. For E-checks through PayPal , it may take up to 8 business days until the electronic funds transfer clears in your bank. Until then, your account balance will not be updated.

How do your charges appear on my credit card statement?
For credit card transactions, your charge shows up as OneSuite Corporation. For PayPal transactions, your charge shows up as PayPal *OneSuite.
For detailed account information, including a complete call history, you can always access our Website and click on 'My Account.'
OneSuite.com does not accept my credit card. What could be wrong?

OneSuite.com accepts VISA and MasterCards that are issued in the United States and Canada. It also works on US and Canada bank ATM cards with a MasterCard or VISA logo.

If you’re experiencing difficulty registering your credit card, please double check the credit card information you filled in. Make sure your card is still valid, and the credit card number is correct. Please note that if you had recently changed your address, it will take some time for you credit card company and our credit card merchant to update the new address, so you may experience the error message that your address and zip code don't match. In that case, please try your previous address or use another credit card.

Alternatively, you can sign up and recharge through PayPal.
How can I sign up OneSuite if I don't have a credit card issued in the United States or Canada?
If you don’t have a credit card issued in the United or Canada, then you can sign up through PayPal if it’s available in your country. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and E-Checks. You may sign up and recharge through your PayPal account. Note that you must be a PayPal member to sign up or recharge through PayPal.
Is it safe to purchase over the Internet?
Yes. For absolute security, we use the latest encryption technology whenever we ask for personal information. Customer data is stored on a secure server to protect it from outside parties.
What do you do with my personal information?
Personal information collected by OneSuite.com is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. OneSuite.com will not share your personal information with any third party.
What happens if I lose my PIN?
For your security, we will disclose a PIN to the original purchaser only. You will need to contact customer support at 866-417-8483 (866-41SUITE) and provide all of the relevant data you submitted when you purchased the service. Your request will be processed promptly, and you will receive your PIN over the phone once we verify your identity.
How long does my account with OneSuite.com last?
Your OneSuite.com phone service will last six months from the date of purchase or six months from the date of your most recent recharge. Hence, in order to keep your account active, you simply need to recharge your account at least once every six months.
Does OneSuite support conference calling?
No, at present conference calling is not available. We plan to add conference calling in the future.
Can I use OneSuite for my business?

Absolutely! With OneSuite Business, you may create up to 999 sub-accounts for your business colleagues, associates, or group members and manage them under one administrative account. You may adjust the balance to each sub-account and access call history of each sub-account. For more FAQs about OneSuite Business, please click here.

What happened to MessageOne?

It is now called OneSuite Fax. It ‘s just a simple name change. OneSuite Fax still has all the same features as MessageOne.

Referral Program
What is your referral program?
It’s called SuiteTreat. If you successfully make a referral, both you and your friend will get 5% of your friend’s sign-up amount, and 5% of your friend’s first recharge amount.
When do I get my referral bonus?

The sign-up bonus is rewarded to you 14 days after your friend signs up, provided that your account is still active. Your friend gets the bonus when signing up with the referral code.

The recharge bonus is rewarded to you when your friend makes a first recharge within 3 months of account sign-up. Likewise, your account must be active in order to receive the bonus.

How do I make referrals?
There are two ways to make referrals. If you want to make referrals from our website, please go to Referral&Bonus Center under My Account. On the SuiteTreat: Refer A Friend page, you'll see greetings and e-cards. Simply fill out your name, your friend’s name and email address, select a OneSuite service/invitation card you like to refer your friend to, write down your greetings and send it! When your friend signs up, just make sure they click on the referral link that contains your referral code to make sure you both get the bonus. It's that easy!

Or, you can post your SuiteTreat Code in your personal blogs, websites, forums or chatrooms. Whenever someone signs up using your code, both of you will receive bonus. Your SuiteTreat Code is your OneSuite user name, or the unique code assigned to you when you sign up. The code can be found on your Long Distance Service Summary page under My Account.
Is there a limit on the number of referrals?
There is no limit. You can make as many referrals and earn as much bonus as you wish.
How do I redeem my bonus?

Each bonus is valid for 4 months from the date the bonus is earned. You may redeem your bonus once per month, only when the total amount available for redemption reaches $2 or more.

To redeem your bonus, please go to Redeem My Bonus under Referral&Bonus Center in My Account. Add up the bonuses and click on “Redeem my bonus.” Your bonus will then be added to your OneSuite account and your account expiration date will be extended for six months from the redemption date.

How do I know if my bonuses are expiring?
Please go to My Bonus Summary under Referral&Bonus Center in My Account. You’ll get an overview of your bonus status. You can also check your reward history up to 5 months in the My Bonus History page.
Why do I need to verify my email address to redeem bonus?
The email verification process is required as a part the security and fraud prevention feature of our bonus redemption process . Also, since OneSuite is a web-based account, this is the only way we can communicate with our customers when necessary.
Does SuiteTreat apply to OneSuite Business?
Yes, all the master and sub accounts will get their unique SuiteTreat codes and continue to refer to friends and enjoy the bonuses. All the SuiteTreat rules apply except that sub-accounts’ expiration date sticks by that of the master account, and bonus redemption will not extend sub-accounts’ expiration date.
